Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of IBI Product Listings Master (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service product provided by India Business International, a proprietorship of Dr T Sasimurugan ME.PhD., (“IBI”, “we”, “us”), GSTIN 33AOLPP8759A2ZO. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service generates marketplace product listings (titles, highlights, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, attributes and upload sheets) from product information you provide, checks that content against marketplace rules encoded in the Service, ranks keywords, and stores your workspace locally in your browser and, if you sign in, in our cloud. The Service does not publish to any marketplace on your behalf; you upload the sheets yourself and remain the seller of record.
2. Accounts
You may use the Service without an account (“local mode”). An account requires a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One person may not share an account beyond the number of seats in their plan.
3. Plans, fees and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and inside the app; prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Paid plans run for one month from activation and do not renew automatically; you may pay again to extend. Payment is by Razorpay (card, UPI, netbanking) or by UPI transfer to IBI's account followed by manual activation. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. We may change prices with 30 days' notice on the website; changes apply to future purchases only.
4. Your content
You own the product information, images, keywords and listings you create with the Service. You grant IBI a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, including compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, marketplace policies, consumer-protection and advertising law. Generated text is a draft: review it before publishing.
5. AI features
Some features send your product facts to a third-party AI model (via IBI's server on paid quotas, or directly with an API key you supply). AI output can contain errors; the Service applies rule checks but does not guarantee correctness or marketplace acceptance. Do not include personal data of third parties or confidential information you are not entitled to share in product facts.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create listings that are misleading, counterfeit, illegal or infringe others' rights; to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; to resell the Service without a written agreement; or to circumvent quotas.
7. Marketplace rules
Marketplace limits and policies encoded in the Service are maintained with reasonable care and each channel shows the date of the policy it reflects, but marketplaces change their rules without notice. IBI is not affiliated with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, ShopClues or any marketplace other than the IBI eCommerce Marketplace, and does not guarantee that any listing will be accepted, ranked or remain compliant.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Local mode continues to work during outages. Support is provided by WhatsApp and email during Indian business hours; paid plans receive priority.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your cloud workspace within 30 days; your local copy remains in your browser.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IBI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost sales, marketplace penalties or account actions. IBI's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-forum rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
