Try before you pay

The Free plan has no time limit and includes every channel and the full rule engine, so you can test the Service on your own products before paying anything.

Monthly plans

Paid plans are one-month passes that do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay again, the account returns to the Free plan at the end of the month and your data stays.

7-day money-back on a first purchase

If the Service does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first paid activation and we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days. This applies once per account.

After 7 days, or on a repeat purchase

Fees are not refundable, except where the Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid month, in which case we extend the plan by the outage period or refund pro rata, at your choice.

Activation delays

Razorpay payments activate instantly. Manual UPI payments are activated within 12 hours of your WhatsApp message; if activation takes longer, the delay is added to your month.
